Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy for our 14k solid gold pieces, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit for the value of the item purchased. No refunds. We have a 15-day return policy for our 18k gold plated pieces, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund for the value of the item purchased. All exchanges or refunds are subject to our approval. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for returning the item to the physical store or provide their own shipping within the 15-day period. Instructions on where to send your package will be provided once your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on jewelry that is on sale/ final sale, gift cards, custom orders, or personalized jewelry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


One year warranty

We stand behind our products and guarantee a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for all 18k gold plated pieces. If a defect was to occur and an item was to tarnish within a year of your purchase please contact us by email at info@jewelryandartstore.com and provide pictures of the piece along with your full name for a full refund. The warranty excludes lost or damaged pieces, and it is up to the discretion of Jewelry & Art to accept the return for a full refund. 

 

Exchange/ Credit
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is inspected and approved, your exchange will be mailed or your gift card with store credit issued.
